Starting from the July 2015 school holidays, we are enlisting the help of others to provide fun and hands on holiday programmes as a fundraiser for Ni Hao Children’s Community.
Our Let’s Cook! programmes are carried out in English. There will also be language support from Ni Hao Children’s Community’s teachers for those who attend and are interested in learning Mandarin.
Why are we fundraising? We are striving to keep fees as low as possible to make our classes more accessible for families, so term fees cover some of the teaching time and venue hire, but it would be wonderful to have some extra to cover all the other things that come with running this organisation (developing resources, staff time to develop programmes, overheads like website fees, accounting, printing, rent, internet, etc etc). Every dollar fundraised helps!
