My name is (I’m called) 我叫 wǒ jiào
Dad 爸爸 bà ba
Mum 妈妈 mā mā
Teacher 老师 lăo shī

The following two words can be used in general, but to be specific, they refer to the father’s side of the family:
Grandpa 爷爷 yé ye
Grandma 奶奶 nǎi nai,
